BASEBALL STRONG

Designed for the in-season athlete, Baseball Strong is an elite baseball specific training and conditioning program for players ages 12-18. Our program mirrors elite college and MLB strength programs while providing step-by-step training and instruction on how and why the exercises we do are relevant for baseball players.

“I’ve never been more in shape!! Not only does it help you get stronger, but it also helps with speed and flexibility!” — Jacob Guererro, Colleyville Heritage High School & University of New Mexico Commit

ABOUT BASEBALL STRONG

In addition to a targeted, baseball-specific strength, speed & agility training, Baseball Strong incorporates arm care and hitting. We use Crossover Symmetry to improve arm and shoulder health. For hitting, we utilize Axe Bat Speed to give you better bat speed, more barrel control and explosive pop as well as Rapsodo, a cutting edge technology that provides instant feedback on exit velocity, launch angle, direction, spin axis and more. And, to ensure athletes are training hard while keeping their bodies fueled, we provide a Muscle Milk protein drink each day.

Baseball Strong has become the area’s leading program in making baseball players faster, stronger, healthier and more explosive, which translates to improved bat speed, velocity and quickness. Register today!
